Background:

Lars Otten is involved in all stages of business development within Danfoss Ventures - screening, evaluation of business ideas, their potential, fundraising and as a board member. With a degree in engineering and more than 20 years of work experience Lars has a solid background within production, process technologies, R&D and entrepreneurship.
Prior to joining Danfoss Corporate Ventures, Lars worked as Project Manager, Production Manager, Lean Business Manager and R&D Director Lars and has been involved in development of new products & processes, establishment of new production lines and factories. His carrier also includes 3 years stationing in Mexico.
